1
Existing Concept
Attach photos, visualizations of the approved brand concept, or the current brand book. If the concept was previously developed by our team, simply provide the project name.
This helps us immediately understand the visual system we’ll be working within and more accurately define the key principles, style, and structure of your current brand concept.

SKU Description
Tell us about your product: what it looks like, where and how it is used, what function it performs, and what role it plays in the consumer’s life.
This information helps us better communicate the product’s value, prioritize the right elements, and clearly present its key benefits, functions, and features to the consumer.

Visual Direction & Story
In your opinion, what should be primarily communicated on the front of the packaging in terms of the main visual, object, and story?
First and foremost, we rely on the approved concept, but it’s also important for us to understand your vision of the story and key visual idea. This helps define the direction more precisely, reduce subjectivity, and reach the expected visual solution faster.

Technical Labeling
To ensure accurate and timely development, we will need a complete package of technical texts. You may fill out our labeling template or provide the information in your own format — whichever is most convenient for you.
We will need: the full product name (according to technical specifications), ingredients, nutritional values, storage conditions, usage instructions (if required), warnings (if required), manufacturer / supplier / importer information, production facility addresses, shelf life and batch number (including information about the date coding area — its presence and placement), contact details (website, phone number, etc.), barcode, technical standards, net weight and permitted tolerances, as well as mandatory symbols and icons (GMO-free, recycling marks, certifications, logos, etc.).

Conversion Layer
Specify the key information you would like to feature on the front of the packaging — the elements that highlight the product’s value, strengthen consumer interest, and influence purchase decisions.
This is the visual and textual information that communicates the product’s key benefits and the brand’s promise to the consumer. Everything that ultimately increases interest in the product, encourages purchase, and helps it stand out from competitors.

6
Number of SKUs
Specify the exact number of SKUs in the product line.
This information helps us understand the scale of the product range, build a consistent product line system, and create a clear differentiation structure within the brand from the start.
7
Product Range
List your product range by name, preferably in the same format that will be used on the packaging and labeling.
This information helps us quickly understand the product line, identify the differences between SKUs, and better plan the development process and timelines.

Packaging Dimensions
For accurate development, we will need a dieline, technical drawing, or exact overall packaging dimensions.
The dieline or technical drawing of the packaging includes exact dimensions, fold lines, cut lines, glue flaps, sealing areas, registration marks, date code zones, technical margins, safe areas, and other production specifications. We can begin working with approximate proportions, but once the concept is approved, all layouts will need to be adapted to the final production dimensions, which may require additional time.

Only overall dimensions are available
A physical sample is available, but no dieline
