4. Confidentiality of project information

We treat information received through briefs, files, presentations, correspondence, and negotiations as confidential project information.

This may include information about new products, brands, formulas, concepts, marketing plans, positioning, strategy, visual materials, production processes, or commercial processes.

We do not sell such information, publish it without approval, or share it with third parties for their independent use.

At the same time, we may share certain data with contractors, specialists, or service providers when this is necessary for project work, technical support, communication, file storage, website analytics, or the performance of our obligations to the client. In such cases, only the amount of information necessary for the relevant purpose is shared.

This Privacy Policy does not replace a separate non-disclosure agreement if such an agreement is entered into by the parties.

5. Publication of projects in the portfolio

We do not publish confidential information, non-public materials, internal client documents, or project data without approval if such publication may disclose commercially sensitive information.

The publication of a project in our portfolio, case studies, social media, or presentation materials is governed by separate arrangements with the client or by the terms of the relevant agreement.

To operate the website, analytics, advertising, communication, and request processing, we may use third-party services, including: Google Analytics; Google Tag Manager; Google Ads; Google Workspace / Gmail; hosting, email, file storage, analytics, and other technical services.
