The brand name is a key element of the concept. When creating names, we follow the positioning outlined in the technical specifications. We provide at least 10 name options, each aligned with the brand’s strategy and emotional perception. Proposals that could lead to ambiguous interpretations, cultural misunderstandings, or negative connotations are excluded. Additionally, we verify each option for trademark availability. 

The naming development process occurs in at least two stages: in the first stage, we present initial options for discussion regarding their style, meaning, readability, and visual qualities to determine the direction for further work. In the second stage, we offer more refined options based on the outcomes of previous discussions. 

We pay special attention to the visualization of proposed names, ensuring they align with the overall brand concept. In the presentation, we use colors, fonts, and effects that harmoniously fit with the future design strategy of the brand.

    Unfortunately, we rarely take on fragmentary projects. Naming for us is part of the comprehensive work on brand strategy, which needs to be closely tied to the overall concept and design. If the proposed naming is not integrated into further work on the brand or packaging, we are unlikely to accept such a project. Our approach is based on creating holistic solutions to ensure that the result is as effective as possible for your business.

    Does logo design cost come included?

    Yes, if the logo is part of the overall brand design strategy and future packaging, its development is included in the project cost. We will offer several logo options that will seamlessly fit into the brand’s overall image and align with the concept. The logo is considered a key element that strengthens the brand’s identity and supports its visual strategy.

    Do you conduct a patent clearance check?

    When developing naming, we always check the proposed options in publicly available databases. This does not replace a full patent clearance check, which should be conducted by a patent attorney, but it significantly improves the chances of successful registration. Our approach helps identify potential conflicts at an early stage and saves time on the development and approval of the brand name.

    What factors influence the cost of name development?

    1. Number of registration classes. The more classes there are, the more challenging it is to find a unique and available name.
    2. Alphabet and language. Names in Cyrillic or with a national semantic origin are more difficult to develop and register due to fewer available options.
    3. Semantic load. The more associations or meanings need to be embedded, the more complex and time-consuming the development process becomes.
    4. Timeline. Longer timelines allow for a deeper exploration of options, making the process less stressful and resource-demanding.

    These factors directly impact the complexity of the task and, accordingly, its cost.
